Group & Corporate Sessions

BeSophro Group & Corporate Sessions

Dominique offers a number of BeSophro session for groups. Her Open Group sessions are for individuals who simply prefer to work in a group. Private Group sessions are for established groups of people with shared interests who want to experience Sophrology together, perhaps to prepare for a special event.

Dominique also offers sessions especially tailored to the particular needs of Corporate Clients.

 

BeSophro Open Group Sessions

Open Group sessions generate a real sense of change and improvement as well as offering a friendly environment. They suit those who wish to try Sophrology, perhaps for the first time, in a shared and supportive setting and those wanting the time and space for regular practise. During these sessions Dominique also teaches simple techniques to work on at home – to help build on those learnings and achieve lasting benefits.

BeSophro Private Group Sessions

BeSophro Corporate Client Sessions

At BeSophro Dominique has developed a wide range of Sophrology programmes to meet the specific challenges and opportunities of corporate life. Thanks to her extensive experience she is able to offer a variety of tailor-made solutions. Her approach is very practical, allowing staff to learn tools and strategies to:

Dominique can work with groups or in onsite one-to-ones to address specific concerns or goals. Here are some examples of what is available:

Sophrology Taster Session
An hour and a half introduction to Sophrology, including learning about its science and efficacy, several introductory practices, and a downloadable MP3 to continue the practice in daily life.

6 Week Sophrology Programme
This includes 6 weekly sessions of 45 minutes each. It enables participants to practise the method at their workplace. By the end of the programme participants are able to practise Sophrology exercises on their own, facilitated by a downloadable MP3. Different themes can be explored: stress-management and recuperation, confidence building, improving sleep, and more.

Onsite One-to-one
Dominique also offers one-to-one consultations onsite. Working one-to-one is the ideal way to address specific concerns (physical or emotional) in a therapeutic context. Individual sessions can be very useful to prepare someone for a particular event, helping them feel calmer and more able to cope. One-to-one sessions can deliver results quicker than group sessions as they are tailored to suit Individual needs.
